Petitmoon Sumerutsuki Daiginjo is a compact daiginjo from Gekkeikan in Fushimi, Kyoto, featuring the Sumerutsuki (regal moon) label in the Petitmoon small-format series. The daiginjo polishing level and Fushimi's soft water produce a refined, aromatic sake in a convenient size suited to modern drinking occasions.
