Oma Junmai Ginjo is produced by Kikutsukasajouzou in Nara, drawing on the prefecture's deep-rooted sake culture stretching back to the Nara period. As a junmai ginjo, the rice is polished to at least 60% remaining and no brewer's alcohol is added, resulting in a fragrant and fruity character. The Oma brand reflects the brewery's commitment to expressive, terroir-driven brewing in the Yamato region.
