Junmai ginjo using Yamada Nishiki from Nanto City, Toyama, polished to near-daiginjo specification at 55%, and brewed with the Yari no Saki spring water of Mt. Iouzan. Clean and balanced, with a refreshing finish that suits both chilled and gently warmed service.
