Minenohomare has been the flagship label of this Kurashiki, Okayama brewery since the early Showa period, named to evoke the grandeur of a mountain peak at sunrise. Brewed using local Okayama rice and the traditional fune wooden press for a gentle, low-pressure extraction, the sake delivers a soft, mellow mouthfeel characteristic of the house style. The Bitchu toji tradition informs every stage of production.
