Description

Maricho Junmaishu is a pure rice sake from Miyagi prefecture, brewed without added alcohol using locally sourced water and rice. Miyagi sake is broadly recognized for its lively, low-acid character, traits that make junmai expressions from the region particularly approachable and well-suited to the prefecture's renowned seafood cuisine. Without added alcohol, all flavor derives from the fermentation of rice, koji, and water alone, yielding a fuller, slightly rounder body than honjozo styles.
