Brewed at Shusen Kurano in Nagano, Japan's oldest sake brewery founded in 1540, this junmai ginjo uses Miyama Nishiki rice polished to 49% and is released unfiltered as a muroka namazake genshu. It shows a vibrant, fragrant aroma, pleasant acidity, and a full yet refreshing character that has attracted new audiences to the Genbu label.
