Kasen Sasanokawa is a kasen-grade sake from Sasanokawa Shuzo in Fukushima's Aizu region. The Aizu basin, surrounded by mountains on three sides, produces exceptionally pure water and cold winters that have supported the area's sake brewing for over three centuries.
