Kasen Karakuchi is a dry-oriented sake from Tatsuuma-Honke's Nishinomiya brewery, brewed under the Kasen label. Miyamizu spring water drives the clean, dry finish and crisp character associated with the Nada brewing tradition represented by the Hakushika house.
