From Ryoban Shuzo in Iwate, this ginjo is made exclusively with Iwate-sourced ingredients, using the prefecture's own sake rice Gin-ginga and fermented at low temperatures over an extended period to develop a graceful aroma. The brewery's ginjo category has received gold medals at the National New Sake Competition in three consecutive years, from Heisei 24 to 26.
