Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Matauemonkura is named for the founding brewmaster Matauemon's original kura (brewery) at Fukunotomo Shuzo in Daisen, Akita. This undiluted, unfiltered raw junmai ginjo preserves a direct connection to the brewery's 1913 origins through its raw, full-strength character.
