Description
The Hanaoshiroi ('flower face powder' or 'koji white') Junmai from Arisawa is brewed with rice polished to a modest 65%, allowing more of the grain's natural character to express itself in the final sake. This koji-forward approach produces a sake with deeper rice umami and a textured, full-bodied style distinct from the brighter Bunkajin ginjo range.
