Shirokitenryu is a white, cloudy nigori honjozo from Kikusui Shuzo in Nagano, named after the white waters of the Tenryu River. The unfiltered rice sediment suspended in this lightly pasteurized brew creates a creamy, slightly sweet body with the mild, approachable character of a honjozo base.
