Brewed at Uesugishuzo in Hiroshima's mountainous Yamagata district, Hanataue takes its name from the traditional paddy-planting festival ceremony of the Chugoku region. The brewery, founded in the first year of the Man'en era, produced sake for over 150 years as a local specialty before closure. No product-specific taste data was found.
