Gensui Junmai Daiginjo Genshu uses Tama Sakae, Tottori's indigenous sake rice, in an undiluted junmai daiginjo from Gensui Shuzo in Kurayoshi. The combination of a regionally specific rice and genshu bottling produces a sake of concentrated local character, with the earthy depth of Tama Sakae amplified at full brewing strength.
