Futabasan Matsumidori Gokitoshu is a dedicatory sake polished to 50%, brewed by Sasamesoubee Shoten in Kasama, Ibaraki, in its capacity as the official purveyor of sacred sake to the Kasama Inari Shrine. Soft well water drawn on the shrine precinct and hand-crafted koji production underpin the house style.
