Fukuikugenrokunosake is produced by the Kurume brewery founded in 1699, drawing on the Genroku-era tradition of high-concentration brewing that the brewery has long preserved and studied. The house's scientific approach to heritage techniques gives this product its distinctive richly concentrated character.
