Description

Dan Tokubetsu Honjozo is a special honjozo from the Dan sub-label, polished to 70% and brewed at the Rokkou Kura facility in Nishinomiya. Miyamizu water lends the sake its firm, lively fermentation quality and clean, structured finish characteristic of the Nada brewing region.
