Kuru is a honjozo from Saijo in Osaka, part of the Amano Sake lineup that carries over 300 years of history at the Kawachinagano brewery. Made with Yamada Nishiki and milled to 62%, it is a straightforward, clean expression of the honjozo style suited to everyday drinking.
