Yamada Nishiki polished to 62% gives this honjozo from Saijo a clean, dry character with the structural foundation of premium sake rice. Brewed in Osaka's Kawachinagano since 1718, the sake is described as crisp and refreshing, recommended cold in summer and warm in winter.
