양조장 소개
단바 사사야마에서 100년 이상 술을 빚어온 양조장으로, 교토, 하리마, 셋쓰, 단고에 둘러싸인 지역 주민들로부터 오랫동안 사랑받아 왔습니다. 초대가 단바 모리로 규슈를 돌아다니던 시절, 좋은 물을 찾아 현재 위치에 직접 양조장을 세웠습니다. 봄여름가을겨울 사계절 내내 정성껏 양조하며, 언제나 도전적으로 지역 사람들과 함께 걸어온 술로 일상에 자리 잡는 향과 맛을 추구하고 있습니다.

1916
Founded; named "Kikkoto Brewing" after founder Kariba Tozo, later renamed "Kariba Sake Brewery."
1957
Renamed the sake brand to "Shugetsu."
1988
Launched fresh-pressed Junmai Nama and fresh-pressed Namagenshu.
1991
Opened the direct-sales shop "Shugetsu-an"; expanded cold-storage facilities and launched cold-stored (Hiyakakoi) Junmai Nama and Namagenshu.
1994
Held the first New Sake Festival; launched "Asaichiban Shibori" (first morning press).
1996
Began growing Yamada Nishiki sake rice on the brewery's own paddies.
1998
Launched the "Tsuki no Himuro" (Moon's Ice Chamber) Junmai Nama and Namazake.
2018
Incorporated and changed the company name to "Kariba-ichi Shuzo Co., Ltd."
