청정한 물과 산악 신앙으로 유명한 하쿠산 기슭에서 1716년에 탄생한 주조장입니다. 300년이 넘는 세월 동안 '신성한 산 하쿠산의 은혜로 모두가 행복해지길 바란다'는 마음으로, 신산 하쿠산 기슭에서 만자이(=행복)를 전하고자 합니다.

Founded during the Kyoho era of the Edo period (1716-1736).
1953
The first sake storehouse was completed.
1968
The second storehouse was completed.
1990
Began producing plum wine (umeshu).
2001
The "Forest Ginjo Brewery Hakusan" facility was completed.
2013
"Manzairaku Kaga Umeshu" became the first plum wine served at the Nobel Prize Nightcap party after the Nobel Prize ceremony.
