Description

Yatsugai signifie 'boisson du soir' en dialecte Bungo. Ce shochu d'orge est produit par distillation sous vide à partir d'orge et de koji d'orge. Les ingrédients et la méthode de fabrication sont identiques à ceux de Kichishiroku et Bungoji, mais la teneur en alcool est plus élevée, à 30 %, offrant une saveur plus prononcée.
