Rei est un shochu de riz élaboré par Nikaido Sake Brewery. Les matières premières sont du riz soigneusement sélectionné et du malt d'orge, utilisé également dans le Mugi Shochu Nikaido. Nikaido Sake Brewery, à l'origine une brasserie de sake, a conçu ce Rei en tirant parti de ses méthodes de fabrication traditionnelles.
