Description

Ce shochu d'orge à 100 % est élaboré avec la variété locale d'Oita 'Toyo no Hoshi', cultivée spécialement pour le shochu, et distillé à pression atmosphérique. Comparé au Mugi Shochu Nikaido, il présente un arôme plus parfumé et une saveur plus riche. Allongé à l'eau froide ou chaude, son doux parfum sucré s'intensifie encore davantage.
