Ce junmai savoureux est brassé avec du Yamada Nishiki sans pesticides, cultivé par des agriculteurs sous contrat à Iga, selon la méthode yamahai sans ajout de levure. Il se distingue par le caractère du Yamada Nishiki, une belle acidité propre au yamahai et une profondeur en bouche. À déguster avec des sautés de viande, des rôtis et des grillades. Recommandé à température ambiante ou légèrement chauffé.
