Ce Tokubetsu Junmai est brassé selon la méthode traditionnelle kimoto, en utilisant du Yamada Nishiki cultivé par des agriculteurs sous contrat dans la région d'Iga. Sans ajout de levure, il a été préparé lentement et soigneusement à basse température grâce à la fermentation naturelle. Savourez le caractère du Yamada Nishiki, son acidité singulière et sa profondeur en bouche. Ce sake se déguste de préférence à température ambiante ou légèrement chauffé.
