Tokusen Kizakura Hanasyouhuu est un Junmai Ginjo de sélection de la Kizakura, brassé à Fushimi, Kyoto, un quartier célèbre pour son eau exceptionnellement douce et pauvre en minéraux. Le polissage de grade Ginjo et la fermentation tout-riz produisent un arôme fruité et net, avec un palais lisse et arrondi. Le terroir de Fushimi confère la douce suavité caractéristique de la région.
