L'alliance de la méthode de fermentation yamahai et d'un polissage au niveau daiginjo produit un sake aux multiples couches, conjuguant la profondeur lactique du yamahai et les arômes raffinés d'un brassage à haut degré de polissage. Il a reçu le Platinum Award au Kura Master 2023.
