Soshun Hatsushibori Daimon Hojun Muroka Namagenshu est un sake non filtre, non pasteurise et non dilue du debut du printemps, elabore par Daimon Brewery a Katano, Osaka. Utilisant du Yamada Nishiki dans un Junmai Ginjo a pleine intensite genshu, cette expression saisonniere la plus intense de la brasserie fondee en 1826 capture le caractere de fermentation brut avec la douce eau de source des montagnes Ikoma.
