Sakuyabi Junmai Ginjo Jikaguminamagenshu est un junmai ginjo pressé directement, non dilué et non pasteurisé de la Kimusume Shuzo à Gunma. Mis en bouteille comme namagenshu, il conserve la pleine teneur en alcool naturelle et le caractère vibrant et vivace qui résulte du fait de ne pas pasteuriser ni diluer. La méthode de pressage jikagumi préserve des arômes ginjo frais aux côtés de saveurs de riz riches et concentrées.
