Mizutoriki Dainisho Miyamanishiki Ginjo est la deuxième expression de la série Mizutoriki de Kakuboshi Co., Ltd., brassée à Miyagi en utilisant le riz Miyamanishiki. Le Miyamanishiki, développé au Nagano mais largement adopté dans les régions froides du Japon, se prête au style net et vif du brassage ginjo, avec une petite quantité d'alcool de brasseur ajoutée selon la norme de classification ginjo.
