Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjonamagenshu Sososhu est un junmai ginjo non pasteurisé (nama) et non dilué (genshu) de Hinomaru Jozo à Yokote, Akita, conçu dans un style sososhu adapté au partage. Mis en bouteille frais sans pasteurisation ni dilution, il conserve une qualité vive et légèrement effervescente avec des arômes ginjo intenses, une acidité nette et un caractère de riz bien exprimé à la force naturelle de fermentation. Le format sososhu en fait une expression conviviale et facile à boire du style nama genshu de Mansaku no Hana.
