Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjonamagenshu Misato est un junmai ginjo non pasteurisé (nama) et non dilué (genshu) de Hinomaru Jozo à Yokote, Akita, nommé d'après la région Misato du bassin de Yokote. Mis en bouteille sans traitement thermique ni dilution, il préserve la fraîcheur vive et brute du sake fraîchement pressé ainsi que le caractère fruité concentré de la fermentation ginjo. La mise en bouteille genshu à la force naturelle lui confère une texture plus riche et plus ample par rapport aux éditions ginjo standard, à déguster bien frais.
