Il s'agit d'un Junmai Daiginjo élaboré avec du Yamada Nishiki, du Ho Yamada et du Watari 2, mis en vente après une période de maturation d'environ un an. La levure utilisée est l'AK-1, avec un arôme ginjo modéré, mais pas trop léger grâce au vieillissement, et une saveur qui témoigne de la profondeur de l'histoire du riz à sake. Un Junmai Daiginjo bien équilibré après environ un an de maturation.
