Mansakunohana Junmai Daiginjo Ichidohiiregenshu Diamond Drop est un junmai daiginjo pasteurisé une fois et non dilué (genshu) de Hinomaru Jozo à Yokote, Akita. Élaboré à partir de Yamada Nishiki pour le riz koji et d'Akita Sake Komachi pour le riz principal, tous deux polis à environ 45-50 %, et mis en bouteille sans addition d'eau à la force naturelle du genshu, il offre des arômes concentrés et fruités, un palais riche et complexe, et une longue finale nette. La pasteurisation unique conserve une vivacité rarement trouvée dans les daiginjo à la force genshu.
