Nommé Buaisō (approximativement 'peu sociable'), il livre des arômes de pomme et de melon, une texture soyeuse et une douceur de riz subtile avec une profondeur raffinée, fermenté avec les levures Ogawa (Kyokai No. 10) pour le profil signature peu acide et propre de la ligne Kudoki Jozu.
