Kannihonkai Supakuringutsuyahime est un sake pétillant de la Nihonkai Shuzo à Hamada, Shimane, élaboré à un taux de polissage de 70 %. La brasserie, fondée en 1888 sur la côte de la mer du Japon, utilise l'eau de source des montagnes du Chugoku et des techniques de brassage à froid pour produire sa gamme de sake.
