Kannihonkai Daiginjotobingakoi est un daiginjo de Nihonkai Shuzo à Hamada, dans la préfecture de Shimane, utilisant du Yamada Nishiki poli à 35 % et collecté par la méthode tobinkakoi (pressage par goutte-à-goutte). Cette approche ne recueille que le liquide s'écoulant librement des sacs de pressage, produisant un sake particulièrement raffiné et aromatique.
