Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Kitchonougi, nommé d'après un éventail de bon augure (ougi) symbolisant la fortune, est un ginjo pur riz non pasteurisé (nama) et non dilué (genshu) de Koshinohana Shuzo à Niigata. La combinaison du traitement nama et genshu produit un sake aux saveurs vives et fraîches, avec une teneur naturelle plus élevée en alcool, mis en bouteille sans dilution ni traitement thermique.
