Junmai Ginjo Fukukomachi utilise la totalité du riz adapté au brassage de sake provenant de la préfecture d'Akita, poli à 55 %. Il est brassé avec soin à l'aide de la levure d'exposition 'Association 1801', donnant un junmai ginjo rafraîchissant aux arômes somptueux. Ce sake a reçu le Platinum Award au KURAMASTER 2018 et le Gold Award à l'édition 2019 organisée à Paris, en France.
