Ichidaimisen Tokusen Ginjo tire son nom du mont Misen sur l'île de Miyajima, le repère sacré qui se dresse de l'autre côté de la baie depuis Chugoku Jozo à Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima. Élaboré avec du Hattan Nishiki poli à 60 %, ce ginjo de la brasserie fondée en 1918 (aujourd'hui Sakurao Brewery) utilise 100 % de riz de la préfecture d'Hiroshima pour une profondeur caractéristique et douce.
