Description

Le Yamada Nishiki cultivé à Okayama est moulu à 40 % pour ce daiginjo, produisant un arôme fruité aux côtés d'une finale raffinée et sèche avec une douceur étonnamment douce en bouche. La brasserie puise dans l'aquifère de la rivière Ashimori, la même eau historiquement utilisée par les forces de Toyotomi Hideyoshi, et a remporté quarante premiers prix consécutifs au Concours préfectoral Jizake d'Okayama.
