Hoshiizumi Daiginjo est la cuvée prestige phare de Maruichi Shuzo à Agui-cho, Aichi, une brasserie fondée en 1917 qui a remporté des médailles d'or au Concours national de dégustation des nouveaux sakes pendant huit années consécutives, de 2009 à 2016. Le nom 'Hoshiizumi' (Source étoilée) évoque la clarté et la pureté de la source d'eau de ce sake sur la péninsule de Chita. Ce daiginjo exprime un parfum floral lumineux, une texture soyeuse et une finale raffinée et nette. Un repère de l'artisanat ginjo d'Aichi.
