Description
Aramusha Ginkaku honjozo de Kinshimasamune à Fushimi, Kyoto, est brassé selon la méthode de liquéfaction propre à la brasserie, introduite en 1995, qui transforme le riz en bouillie avant la fermentation. L'eau de source Tokiwai, célèbre à Fushimi et s'écoulant à 70 tonnes par heure à travers les terrains de la brasserie, est au coeur de ce honjozo de style kyotoïte.
