Ce shiboritate fraîchement pressé d'Inami Shuzo à Miki, dans la préfecture de Hyogo, est produit sous l'étiquette Aoitsuru à partir de Yamada Nishiki cultivé localement, la variété pour laquelle le quartier Sanbu de Miki est réputé. Le pressage à frais dégage un arôme doux caractéristique de pêche ainsi qu'une richesse moelleuse et généreuse typique du terroir.
