Gohyakumangoku pulido al 60 % se prensa en un nigorizake en esta destilería de Fukui fundada en 1835, reteniendo finos sedimentos de arroz en suspensión para un servicio turbio y con textura. El severo clima invernal de Imajo permite condiciones de fermentación naturalmente frías adecuadas para producir un sake sin filtrar limpio y gastronómico.
