Un junmai ginjo de Konotomo Shuzo en Hyogo bajo la etiqueta tokusen Tajima, elaborado sin alcohol añadido con arroz pulido a al menos un 60 por ciento. La subregión Tajima, en el norte de Hyogo, es reconocida por sus temperaturas frescas y su arroz de calidad, ambos fundamentales para el carácter delicado y floral del sake ginjo. El grado tokusen lo sitúa un escalón por encima de las ofertas estándar de la cervecería.
