El Tokusen Kahogura Nadanokiippon Kimoto Junmai es un sake de arroz puro elaborado mediante el laborioso método kimoto, una técnica tradicional de fermentación láctica por la que Kikumasamune Shuzo es especialmente celebrada. Procedente del almacén Kahogura en Nada, Hyogo, este junmai presenta una robusta profundidad umami, una firme acidez y una complejidad sabrosa típica de la elaboración kimoto, moldeada por el rico agua mineral miyamizu.
