Una edición tokubetsu junmai kasumi (ligeramente turbia) de esta cervecería de Yokkaichi, que presenta el carácter fresco y sin filtrar de la primera temporada de prensado. Elaborada con agua de manantial de la montaña Suzuka y arroz de sake cultivado localmente siguiendo el mismo proceso de koji al nivel daiginjo aplicado en toda la gama de la cervecería.
