Un junmai ginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 50% en esta cervecería de Yokkaichi, que utiliza agua subterránea de la montaña Suzuka y aplica técnicas de lavado a mano y extensión ultrafina de koji al nivel daiginjo incluso en su gama estándar. El paladar muestra un aroma ginjo limpio, umami elegante y un final compuesto y ligeramente seco.
